Individuals:

  • Will – $250
  • Will, Power of Attorney for Personal Care, & Continuing Power of Attorney for Property – $350
  • Second Will – $200
  • Testamentary Trust (as part of a will) – $125

Couples:

  • 2 Wills – $400
  • 2 Wills, 2 Powers of Attorney for Personal Care, & 2 Continuing Powers of Attorney for Property – $600
  • 2 Second Wills – $375
  • 2 Testamentary Trusts (as part of a will)– $200

Powers of Attorney

  • Power of Attorney for Personal Care, & Continuing Power of Attorney for Property – $100
  • Other Powers of Attorney (Specific or General) – $75

Mobile Notary Service

Fee per notarization, embossing, or certification of copy:

  • First - $30
  • Second - $25
  • Third - $20
  • Fourth - $15
  • Fifth and subsequent - $15

Prices are based on location within 10 km of home office, for travel outside of the primary radius $1 will be added per km
