Boris grew up in Ottawa and attended Carleton University for his B.A. before completing his J.D. at Bond University and being called to the Ontario Bar. He is an active member in the community and volunteers his time with various festivals throughout the city and has participated in sporting and community organizations within Ottawa for many years.
